International hotel chains renew their commitment to Cuba at “Gran Caribe Experiences”

Presented their accommodation and service offers in seven of the main tourist destinations in the Cuban archipelago.

During the first two days, held at the iconic Hotel Nacional de Cuba, seven renowned brands—Meliá, Iberostar, Blue Diamond, Roc, Blau, NH and Barceló—presented their accommodation and service offers in seven of the main tourist destinations in the Cuban archipelago.

The first edition of the professional event “Gran Caribe Experiences,” organized by the Hotel Group of the same name, brought together representatives of international chains operating in Cuba in Havana.During the first two days, held at the iconic Hotel Nacional de Cuba, seven renowned brands—Meliá, Iberostar, Blue Diamond, Roc, Blau, NH, and Barceló—presented their accommodation and service offers in seven of the main tourist destinations in the Cuban archipelago.

Mayte Ardieta, director of Marketing and Communications for Meliá Hotels International Cuba, announced that starting mid-December, the chain will assume management of the Hotel Sol Hicacos Varadero, located in the country’s main beach resort.

Blau will also take over the reins of the Hotel Las Morlas, located in the same tourist destination.As part of the event program, participants will make prospecting visits to tourist facilities in Havana and Varadero to explore firsthand the experiences travelers can enjoy in these destinations.

“Gran Caribe Experiences” is consolidating its position as a strategic space for marketing hotel capabilities, training travel agents, updating industry news, and immersing participants in the tourism offers of the Gran Caribe Hotel Group.
