Cuba present at the Lisbon Travel Market

A Cuban delegation is participating in the Lisbon Travel Market, BTL 2026, Portugal’s leading travel and tourism trade show.
Representatives from various countries are meeting to present their offerings, trends and business opportunities from February 25 to March 1, at Lisbon’s Parque das Nações.
This year, the event brings together tourism professionals, destinations, tour operators, hotels and travel agencies from around the world. The program includes thematic workshops, destination presentations, culinary tastings and cultural performances.
As part of the program, Cuba is showcasing its potential to boost cultural, wedding, wellness and LGBTQ+ tourism, all of which contribute to job creation, according to press reports.
In addition, its beautiful beaches and tourist destinations are being promoted, while its unique heritage is enthusiastically showcased.
