From October 22 to 25, Havana and Varadero will host the Experiencias Gran Caribe professional event, a meeting designed to boost negotiations in the tourism sector and strengthen business relationships between travel agents, tour operators, and hotel chains.
This event, which will take place at the iconic Hotel Nacional de Cuba and other hotels in the region, aims to promote accommodation capabilities and train travel agents. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about industry developments and immerse themselves in the unique experiences offered by the Gran Caribe Hotel Group.
One of this year’s main attractions will be the launch of Gran Caribe Hotels’ new promotional campaign. Participation is expected from a wide range of tourism stakeholders, including tour operators, national inbound travel agencies, specialized press, FAM Groups (retail agencies), airline representatives, and partner hotels and chains such as Meliá, Iberostar, Barceló, BlueDiamond Resorts, NH, Blau Hoteles, and Roc Hoteles.
Event Agenda
The Experiencias Gran Caribe 2025 agenda is packed with activities that promise to be both informative and entertaining:
October 21: Reception for participants at the Capri Hotel, where accreditation will be presented.
October 22: The opening ceremony will feature welcoming remarks from the President of the Gran Caribe Hotel Group, followed by tourism product presentations and workshop sessions.
October 23: Attendees will participate in prospecting visits and enjoy cultural activities, including salsa classes and musical entertainment.
October 24: Visits to beaches and hotels in Varadero will be held, with a focus on promoting Cuban tourism.
October 25: The event will culminate with a beach party at the Roc Arenas Doradas Hotel, where the results of a raffle will be announced and the second edition of Experiencias Gran Caribe 2025 will be launched.
